Birthday Parties Yes,
club members can have birthday parties, scout or
youth group gatherings, soccer / baseball team party, etc. at Leisure
Time Swim Club!
Leisure Time members are, of course, admitted free. Non-members are admitted at the posted guest fee. Most prefer to have their parties in the evenings when the pool is less busy and the guest fee is reduced.
You may pay for each guest as he/she is admitted, or simply provide to us a complete list of the non-members attending the party. As they arrive, we simply check them off your list and then at the party’s conclusion you stop by to pay for them all.
The SPRAYGROUND is available for private rental for parties. It cannot be closed to members during regular operating hours (11 am to 8 pm) but you can rent it for the exclusive use of your group before or after-hours at $50 per hour. Yes, the sprayground is lighted for nighttime use.
You are welcome to bring in a cake (no cupcakes please!!). We will be happy to store it for you until you are ready to serve. Yes, we do have freezer space for ice cream or ice cream cakes.
If you would like to bring additional food or beverages, you may not bring these items inside the gate but you are welcome to use the picnic shelter (located by the putting green) and its existing tables at no charge. (Extra tables are available for a $25 set-up/take-down charge.)
If you prefer, you may choose items from our regular menu (groups of 8 or larger receive a 10% discount off their total food order). Soft drinks are available by the pitcher for $5.
You may use tables in the clubroom or on the patio for your event. Yes, you may decorate with tablecloths, balloons, etc. Please DO NOT use tape, staples, or tacks on the walls!
The SPRAYGROUND PAVILLION is also available for small groups. It accommodates 2 picnic-size tables which we provide. You may use this area to have your cake/ice cream, open gifts, or have food catered by Leisure Time. The cost to reserve this pavilion with tables is $25.
PLEASE NOTE that you should have a “Plan B” in the event that bad weather forces us to close the pool. If the pool is closed, Leisure Time is not responsible to open for your party.
